- What are your hours?
Our hours are 8:00AM - 5:30PM Mountain Standard Time. Photoshoots and meetings may be made outside of these hours.
- I don't see a street address for you. Why?
As with so many businesses in the 21st century, Snider Media Solutions is a home-based business. We supply our home address to clients upon request.

- Most of your pricing is hourly, but I see on your Price page that you offer package pricing. How does that work?
We've discovered that most jobs that mix website design, photography, imagery and document services greatly differ. With that in mind we are happy to offer a written quote for proposals. We honor all written quotes so there will be no suprises halfway through a project.

- How far are you willing to travel?
That is dependent on the project and the project's duration.

- Why do you charge 1/2 of your fee up front?
If we, as the photographers/designers are devoting our time to a project, we require half up front as a commitment from the customer. This fee also covers potential expenses.
- Do you take credit cards?
Yes - through PayPal.

- Why do you post your rates when others don't?
It's frustrating enough to try to locate a photographer/graphic artist/website designer without having to go through the trouble of a bidding war. We prefer to offer our rates up front for the customer.

WEBSITE QUESTIONS
- What type of site will you design (HTML, Flash, Java, etc.) for me?
We offer HTML, Flash, Java, XML and more. Today's websites are a collection of different media formats and we strive to provide the best services for an affordable price.

- What if the site you build for me isn't the site I wanted?
To date this has never happened. The website "blueprint" (an in-depth description of what is to go on the site, including photos, animation, etc.) is created. Upon the client's approval, work is started. The client has the ability to see the work as it is created and can request basic changes as the creation process progresses.

- Who checks the text on the sites you build?

PHOTOGRAPHY QUESTION
- Do you offer "Time for Print" or "Time for CD" exchanges for models?
On occasion we do offer exchanges of service with models. Call us and ask.

- Do you shoot nudes?
Yes, tasteful ones only. Our policy regarding this is that we will never take a photo we cannot show our mothers and models must be 18+ with a photo ID.

- I want to have a shoot with you, but my availability doesn't match up with your hours. Can we shoot in the evening or on the weekend?
Yes. Many of our photoshoots are shot on weekends or in the evening.

- Where is your studio located? All I can find is your P.O. Box.

- Do you include any touchup services with your photography packages?
A single basic blemish such a an outstanding pimple is easily removed and will be included. But multiple blemishes take time and are charged for.

- I want to use you as a photographer, but I want to own all the rights to the photos (and do not wish to have them used in any way). Will you sell all the rights to the images?
All contracted photos taken of you cannot be used without your express written permission. We value your privacy. We do offer copyrights to images (this grants a written release to some/all images to you rather than just the images you select). This price is dependent on the number of photos taken (or for the entire shoot). A quote can be given once the shoot has been outlined for us.

- Are there any limits to what you'll shoot?

- When you alter an image of mine who owns the copyright?
The copyright stays with the customer. However, Snider Media Solutions does reserve the right to keep a copy for their portfolio.

- How in-depth can you alter an image?

Occasionally an exchange of services is beneficial. It never hurts to ask, but we don't do this often.

- I want to look younger and appear to weigh less in my photo. Do you blur the image to achieve this?
No. Blurring a photo is a quick and unprofessional way to alter the image. We use cutting edge software (currently Photoshop CS3) to alter the images. We do not like to "erase" wrinkles, but rather to soften them so the model still looks like themselves, but a more vibrant version.

- How fast can you scan documents?
5,000 pages per day. Duplexing available.

- You offer voicover recording services, what exactly is that?
Voiceovers are what you hear on radio commercials, public service announcements, etc.. These could also be stories and books on tape.
